Who is responsible for your data

Data we collect

When you fill in the waiting list form, we record:

• your first and last name;
• your WhatsApp number;
• your city;
• the size of your subscriber base (a range);
• your language;
• the date and the version of the text you consented to;
• where your visit came from, if it is in the link you received (for example a referral code or utm parameters).

What we do not collect

This site uses no cookies, no analytics tool and no advertising. The host may keep basic technical logs (for example the IP address) to run the service.

Why

We rely on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.

• to contact you on WhatsApp about Cabléo and the free trial;
• to prepare the pilot opening;
• to know where sign-ups come from (referral, partner).

How long we keep it

We keep your data while the waiting list runs, then for as long as you stay in touch with us, and at most [PERIOD TO BE DEFINED, for example 24 months] after our last exchange.

Who has access

Ourselves, and the technical services that host the site and the database: [SITE HOST, e.g. Vercel] and Supabase (region: [TO BE COMPLETED]). These services may be located outside Cameroon. We do not sell your data.

Your rights and how to withdraw

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent.
